GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices advertised on our website are subject to correction or change without notice and do not include sales tax where applicable or shipping and handling. All products are shipped FOB Rockdale, Illinois 60436 USA. Title of and responsibility for goods passes to the freight carrier upon pickup at our location. Other terms and conditions may apply.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
We will confirm the shipment of your on-line order by E-mail to the E-mail address entered at the time of order placement. Please promptly examine the order details in this confirmation and immediately contact us if an error is noted.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are determined by destination ZIP (U.S. postal) code, container dimensions, shipping weight and the class of freight. In some cases, freight carriers may apply fuel surcharges, which amount may vary depending on the shipment destination and/or time of the year. Applicable freight charges will be noted in our shipment confirmation to you.

MOTOR FREIGHT
Shipment via motor freight (truck) includes curbside or loading dock delivery. Please arrange to have the necessary equipment available to handle your shipment upon arrival. If you require inside delivery please advise us at the time you place your order. Additional charges for this service will be added to your invoice. Liftgate service, delivery on/at a specific date/time, or other special handling will incur additional charges. Please advise us of your requirements at the time of order placement.

OFF-SHORE DESTINATIONS
In some cases we cannot ship directly to a destination in a foreign country. We will be pleased to ship to your foreign destination if you have a designated freight forwarder located in the USA who can process your shipment for you and prepare necessary customs documentation. We will notify you if we are able to ship directly to your foreign destination, as well as the applicable charges. If the shipping charges exceed an amount that you are willing to pay, you may cancel your order.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We are not able to ship to post office boxes and APO or FPO addresses. If such an address is entered with your order we will contact you for an acceptable delivery address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours we will cancel your order without further notice.
