FILL 'N CHILL® LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

• FILL 'N CHILL® Party Tables are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original retail purchase date.
• Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty.
• Any alterations made to the original product will void this warranty.
• This warranty is nontransferable.  If the product is defective within the terms of this warranty, Chillin' Products, Inc. will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser.  Shipping charges to and from the factory are not covered and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Scratching, scuffing or other cosmetic damage that may result from normal use of the product is not covered by this warranty.  In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence or unreasonable use will void this warranty.
• Chillin' Products, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product, or inability to use this product, or for the breach of this or any other expressed or implied warranty.
• Chillin' Products, Inc. offers no other warranty or remedy that extends beyond those set forth on this limited warranty.
